Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a great location near a wide black sand beach with stunning views and plenty to do. The rooms, though a bit lacking in charm, do provide a water boiler which adds a convenient touch. The service experiences varied from unfriendly and unprofessional interactions, notably with a vision issue, to extremely responsive and prompt assistance in emergency situations. The dining experience fell below expectations for the price point, particularly for Philippine perspectives, with limited breakfast options in a somewhat uninviting, oversized room.
The hotel has a nice Filipino-Spanish colonial feel in the rooms but is a bit overpriced. It's located below a billiard hall and by a busy road. The service was accommodating but missed one of my orders. The location offers stunning views but is next to a workshop area. The dining experience is below average for 4-star prices.
The hotel provides a mix of Filipino-Spanish colonial charm in a slightly overpriced room setting, reminiscent of high-end resorts. The late-night atmosphere adds to the allure, but some may find the cost excessive.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were huge and just across the beach area, but they smelled like molds, so I requested to move to another room. The hard wood fixings and intricate designs added a unique touch to the room. The service was top-notch, with accommodating and friendly staff assigned at the check-in counter. The location was ideal for beach and mountain lovers, offering stunning views and a lot to explore. However, the dining options were limited with a very Filipino taste. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
